On the road down to Lüderitz you will most likely already decide Lüderitz is different. No settlements for 125 kilometre, but instead a vast landscape and a chance to get a glimpse on the world famous Wild Horses, Oryx and other rare wild animals like the Brown Hyena in the Namib Desert. In case you are planing to arrive by airplane, the airport is only 12 km out of town and we can organise your pick up on request. 

In town you can visit the one and only Premium Namibia Cigar Shop and find out how cigars are made. A few meters down the road from there you can find the lovely Rocky Shore’s curio shop and Elements Day Spa to treat yourself. Avis Car Hire and BB Car Hire are also easy to find. 

Book a boat tour to Penguin Island to see the famous Southern Penguins, Dolphins, Seals and if you are lucky you can even spot a whale or two!

They also offer take away and deliver on request. Or try out Ritzi’s Seafood Restaurant, the famous Barrels Restaurant and Bar and a bit further away the Nest Hotel Restaurant, Essenzeit Restaurant, Prospectors Inn, the Garden Cafe and the Portuguese Fisherman.
